This is what the LGU intents in its approval for a P1 million livelihood support fund for women. On May 14 and 15, 2012, women leaders gathered to share experiences and learning from previous projects from Cotabato Governor Emmylou Taliňo-Mendoza , and used it to prepare for the coming LGU fund.
